Pufferfish (4/8)

This fish is quite popular for its Japanese delicacy called fugu. It is a very flamboyant fish when swimming under water, but can be very dangerous when made into a meal. Extra caution needs to be taken when removing the liver because the liver of the pufferfish contains a neuro-toxin that is 1000 times more powerful than potassium cyanide. So even the slightest mistake made while removing the liver can contaminate the fish and it become highly deadly if consumed.
